We provide complimentary airport pick-up upon your arrival and ensure a comfortable and convenient transfer to our retreat venue.

At the end of your experience, we’ll also arrange for a smooth drop-off back to the airport, so you can depart knowing that every aspect of your journey has been thoughtfully arranged.
Feel free to focus on preparing for an enriching retreat, and leave the transportation logistics to us.

We work with different venues but all of those (excluded the Italian one), are walking distance from the beach; Ondina guest house is 5 minutes walk from Sao Lourenco beach, Paco d’Ilhas and Alma do Paco are 15 min walk from Ribeira d’Ilhas beach.

If you like to hike, we ll be happy to also share with you tips to reach other hidden gem beaches along the coast.

Ericeira is about 1 hour walk from the venues, but we organise daily drop off and pick ups to make it easier for guests to visit the village.

Lisbon is 40 Minutes drive away, same as Sintra National Park. In both cases we are happy to organise a taxi if you would like to visit those places.

Yes, Hatha Yoga is generally considered suitable for practitioners of all levels, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners. Hatha Yoga is often recommended as a good starting point for people new to yoga because it focuses on foundational poses, emphasizes proper alignment, and encourages mindful breathing. This makes it accessible and adaptable to various fitness levels and body types.

Here are a few reasons why Hatha Yoga is suitable for all levels:

Gentle Approach: Hatha Yoga classes tend to move at a slower pace, allowing participants to become familiar with the basic poses and alignment principles. This gentler approach is well-suited for beginners who may be new to yoga or physical activity.

Variety of Poses: Hatha Yoga incorporates a wide range of poses that vary in intensity and complexity. This means that practitioners can choose poses that align with their current abilities and gradually progress to more advanced variations as they become more comfortable and flexible.

Focus on Alignment: Hatha Yoga places a strong emphasis on proper alignment in each pose. This attention to detail is beneficial for beginners to establish a solid foundation and for experienced practitioners to refine their practice and avoid injury.

Breath Awareness: Hatha Yoga often incorporates breath awareness and controlled breathing techniques (pranayama). Learning how to synchronize breath with movement can be calming and accessible to practitioners of all levels.

Customizable Practice: Instructors often provide modifications and variations for poses, making it possible for practitioners with different abilities to tailor the practice to their needs.

Mind-Body Connection: Hatha Yoga encourages mindfulness and the connection between mind and body. This focus on present-moment awareness can benefit practitioners at any level by enhancing relaxation and reducing stress.

Balancing Energy: Hatha Yoga’s aim to balance opposing energies, such as strength and flexibility, can help practitioners of varying fitness levels improve their overall physical well-being.

It’s important for beginners to start slowly, listen to their bodies, and communicate any physical limitations or concerns to their instructors. Experienced practitioners can also benefit from Hatha Yoga by using it to refine their practice, deepen their awareness, and maintain a sense of balance.

As with any form of exercise, it’s a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning a new yoga practice, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
